Shipping policy

At Brushstroke Palette, we take care to ensure that every order is processed and shipped promptly and securely. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification once your package has been sent.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Orders are shipped via USPS, or another standard carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Any orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will be canceled and refunded in full.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method but generally fall within 2 to 7 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery delays caused by the carrier or external factors are outside our control. 

Packaging

Travel palettes are packaged securely to protect their finish. Art prints/original artwork are shipped either flat or in protective mailing tubes, depending on size and format.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and any relevant photographs so we can assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
