The orange blossoms are dense and scattered, creating movement across the middle ground while the foreground holds tighter clusters with more visible structure. 

The drawing was built gradually in pastel on textured paper, allowing natural blending without losing edge or shape. The intent was to stay honest to the Southern California desert landscape, giving attention to how the color spreads across the field in patches rather than creating a uniform surface. 

Each print is professionally photographed and locally printed on matte paper with a slight texture to complement the medium. Color is carefully matched to the original work. Signed in the print. White border included for ease of framing.
